Homemade Natural Drink For Upset Stomach

Carrot & Mint Juice 

  • Take four sliced carrots
  • Four cups of water
  • One teaspoon of dried peppermint or a teabag.
INSTRUCTIONS:
First boil four sliced carrots, four cups of water, and one teaspoon of dried peppermint. Medium-low heat needed to cook it hardly 8 to 10 minutes or wait for carrots become soft.
Now blend this mixture as you get a smooth  juice and enjoy carrot and mint juice and drink with few dorps of lemon juice and a pinch of ground ginger.
