Ginger root tea: Ginger contains naturally occurring chemicals like gingerols and shogaols which relax the smooth muscle like the muscles of the intestinal tracks. As a result, stomach pains are relieved. Its anti-fungal and antibacterial properties soothe stomach pains and relieve digestion.
Fennel seeds:  Chew fennel seeds. They contain knothole a volatile oil that stimulates secretion of digestive juices. Subsequently, inflammation is tamed. Not for use by pregnant ladies.

Club soda and lime: Club soda contains soda which is effective in dissipating crowded solid substances like food quickly. By mix it with lime and consuming the drink, you quickly relieve the pressure and release the trapped gases in the stomach through burping. It eases the stomach upset.

Bananas: Bananas are easily digestible and help absorb excess acid in the stomach. They also have high pectin concentration and work to harden stool. Potassium present is used to replace electrolytes lost during diarrhea.

Yogurt: Yogurt with live bacteria cultures, for example, lactobacillus, and helps restore balance of good bacteria in your intestines .This helps the body heal more effectively and quickly from indigestion.

Apple cider vinegar: Ranks among the best home remedies. Its high pectin concentration soothes an irritated stomach and relieves nausea. In addition, its acidic nature returns things to normal pattern. Mix a teaspoon with a glass of water. Add a little honey to improve taste. Sip with every meal until you feel relieved.
