Fennel Seeds Tea Better For Indigestion

  • Take 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds into a mug
  • pour the boiling water in the mug
  • put a cover on the cup
  • leave it for 15 minutes
  • Strain well in both circular direction
  • Re-boiled it as needed.
  • take a sip of fennel tea (for better result, you should drink up to 3 cups a day)
  • Chewing fennel seeds for indigestion is best for your health as well, it is also used as mouth freshener
